AL'S PIZZA DOUGH
THE PASSION FOR PIZZA
1. Thaw dough 3-4 hours at room temperature, or over night in fridge. Take dough out of fridge 15 to 20 minutes before rolling it out.
2. Lightly oil pan and add a pinch of cornmeal to bottom of pan. Roll or stretch out dough to thickness you like, place in pan. Finish with sauce and toppings. Average thickness is approximately 0.5 - 1cm.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-21 minutes depending on if your baking or using convection oven (convection oven cooks a bit faster). Cook to golden brown, or how you like.
4. Let pizza rest out of the oven for 5 minutes.
